EMTS and MedAssets HSCA Announce Three-year Agreement

St. Louis, MO & Englewood, CO (7/14/03) – Equipment Management and Technology Solutions (EMTS), a leading capital equipment sourcing and technology management company, and MedAssets HSCA, a leading provider of healthcare supply chain and outsourced business services, today announced an agreement to provide EMTS’s Capital Equipment Cost Reduction Services to MedAssets HSCA’s healthcare provider customers. This three-year contract is effective August 1, 2003.
