EMTS offers two dynamic and unique services for reducing costs associated with capital equipment acquisition and service contract activities.
EMTS SENTRY Service and EMTS TOTAL Service:
The EMTS SENTRY Service is a performance-based program that lowers healthcare capital equipment related costs. Utilizing this service, the EMTS customer is responsible for due diligence up to and including vendor quote solicitation. EMTS involvement is based upon these efforts. The goals of EMTS are to identify, qualify, negotiate with and solicit proposals from the vendor marketplace. EMTS will also contact and further negotiate with the original vendor. EMTS deliverables include a detailed savings report listing complete vendor information and their competitive quotes. The EMTS customer always has final vendor selection.

The EMTS TOTAL Service is a cost reduction program based upon customer requirements only. Clients simply provide complete requirements or a detailed RFP to EMTS on a per project basis. The goals of EMTS are to research the marketplace, identify, qualify, negotiate with, and solicit quotes from those capable of delivering according to client’s requirements. EMTS deliverables include a listing of the vendors in the marketplace that meet stated requirements, their respective quotes, and a detailed vendor product comparison. The EMTS customer always has final vendor selection.

EMTS service coverage includes capital equipment acquisition, installation, relocation, maintenance, parts, warranty, upgrades, and leases (any equipment related cost estimated to be in excess of $5,000).
